When will my order arrive?

You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

How can I track the status of my package?

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also track your order by simply going to Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).

What does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

Destination country

Size/weight of the package

Shipping method selected
We offer several different shipping methods.
The prices for each available option will be displayed at checkout.

If you cannot see your country listed, then it is likely that we do not currently ship there.

What is the returns policy?

RETURN POLICY
If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased online at corkediscount, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item(s) to obtain a refund by following the steps outlined below.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return.Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets.No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
Please note that, unless they are faulty, certain products cannot be returned:

Bespoke customized goods (including those ordered using the corkediscount )

Perfume if the sealed packaging has been opened;

Swimwear and underwear where hygiene strip had been removed (please note that in the interests of hygiene, swimwear and underwear must tried on over your own underwear without removing the adhesive strip).

Facemasks if the sealed packaging has been opened.
We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities, including without limitation, any attempt to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office, Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.
